We connected by email and set up a time to test drive a few different cars, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Overall, it was a great experience! Olivia helped us and was very knowledgeable about the different features of several models we looked at. After the test drive, she walked us through the financing options, warranty info, and we didn't feel pressured at all. Very relaxed and calm atmosphere, which was appreciated. Scott in service is a good dude. Honest, and super helpful. He even showed me detailed computer images of part locations. Special ordered parts that were received next day, and these were not your typical parts! Worked with pricing and at the end of the day, he made my life easier.
