Purchased a new Toyota Crown. Love the car. The salesman was an exceptional amount of knowledge about the car. Any questions we had, he had an immediate technical answer. Took his time with us to explain all the systems.
We connected by email and set up a time to test drive a few different cars, we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Overall, it was a great experience! Olivia helped us and was very knowledgeable about the different features of several models we looked at. After the test drive, she walked us through the financing options, warranty info, and we didn't feel pressured at all. Very relaxed and calm atmosphere, which was appreciated. Absolutely would shop here again!
If I could leave a negative star review I would. Awful customer service and poor communication. Three of us took the day off to purchase a vehicle. arrived at Kool Toyota when the Sales associate said "change of plans" He showed us a totally different vehicle than the one we made the appointment for. Purchased a truck supposedly to get 24mpg but it only gets 18.. I asked to get a different truck since that was the whole reason for my purchase. The management would not let me swap for a different vehicle, but will of course let me trade it back in to cost me thousands. They took forever to get back to me after I kept calling and texting to figure this out , or work something out.. it isn't my fault the mpg is less than what I was being told. Customer service should be taken seriously when the complaint is legitimate. ...
Charged me an absurd amount for brakes and labor. Didn't realize how much of a discount I could have received if I had a family member do it. Would have saved me $600 plus. Ridiculous.
We rely on Kool Toyota for maintenance and now we have bought our most recent used car. We have found them to be an ethical and professional business and we trust them to do the right thing by us.
I flew in from Iowa to purchase a Buick Encore GX. Adam Bock picked me up at the Airport. I had only seen pictures of the vehicle but it was exactly as described. Pristine. Adam & Drew were very friendly and made the transaction enjoyable. Things were well prepared & the transaction was done in only a few minutes. I would highly recommend Kool Toyota and their staff.

Moved here from Reno and needed an oil change on our leased Rav 4. Service department was great and answered all our questions. Scott in service is a good dude. Honest, and super helpful. He even showed me detailed computer images of part locations. Special ordered parts that were received next day, and these were not your typical parts! Worked with pricing and at the end of the day, he made my life easier. This is how business should be done in today’s busy world. Will definitely maintain a purchasing relationship with this department for years to come. The parts guys deserve a raise! I look on line for a used Camry, they had a 2012 certified, for $16,431. We went to the lot and talked to Brian Foster, he let us drive it. When we returned and started to negotiate a price he looked at his paper, and said that car is on the lot for $16,931. When I told him the sticker in the window and the internet price was $16,431. I called this dealer with the exact model and options for a Toyota employee purchase, that I planned on making. Tacoma Double Cab, with TRD Off Road package, preferable color was Spruce Green ... employee purchase paperwork in hand as well as blank bank check.
