2021 Toyota Tundra Overview

For the 2021 model, the Toyota Tundra is available in six trim levels: SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum, 1794 Edition, and TRD Pro. The 1794 Edition is a commemorative model for the founding of the Texas ranch that is now the current site of the Toyota plant in San Antonio. This special edition comes with 20-inch premium six-spoke wheels, wood-grain-style accents, 1794 badging, and a 38-gallon fuel tank. The Tundra is available in 12 exterior colors across all six trim options.

Available Technology Features

The 2021 Toyota Tundra provides a plethora of innovative technology features including an 8-inch high-resolution touchscreen display, a 4.2-inch Multi-Information Display, Apple CarPlay® compatibility, and a Smart Key System. The Toyota Safety Sense™ P suite provides a selection of standard driver assistance features including Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert, Automatic High Beams, and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control.

Performance and Capability

Powering the 2021 Toyota Tundra is a 5.7-liter Aluminum i-FORCE V8 engine that delivers up to 381 horsepower and 401 lb-ft of torque. This engine is then paired with a 6-speed Electronically Controlled automatic Transmission. The 2021 Tundra can tow up to 10,200 pounds and carry a payload of up to 1,730 pounds. Available features like Active Traction Control and Integrated Trailer Brake Controller/Trailer-Sway Control help to improve every job or adventure.

2021 Tundra Nightshade Edition

Another special model for the 2021 Toyota Tundra, the Nightshade Edition provides you with an edgier and sleeker look with dark accents and features. Features available include dark chrome grille, black mirror caps, black exhaust tip, black door handles, and black badging. This special edition is available in Midnight Black Metallic, Magnetic Gray Metallic, Super White, and Wind Chill Pearl.
